Larry Kemp, owner of Kemp & Sons, sits on different chamber boards and committees dedicated to small businesses and inclusion.

Larry’s passion is to help guide at-risk young men to make good decisions. Kemp Leadership Academy, or KLA, is the vehicle that team members use to expose, inspire and encourage the youth of Fort Worth, Texas.

Larry Kemp is an alumnus of University of Texas at Arlington. He is a big supporter of his alma mater’s underprivileged young men. He has set up a scholarship fund to assist those in need with fees associated with pursuing a college education.

He also contributes to an organization called My Brother’s Keeper or MBK. Launched by former President Barack Obama, MBK’s mission is to help young men of color overcome roadblocks to achieving their full potential.
